On August 1st 1924 at a town meeting a motion was made to form a fire company. Harvey Miller on October 4th 1924 donated a piece of land at 41 South Main Street for the fire house. To raise money bricks were sold at 10 cents each. On May 7th 1948 a motion was made to sell the first firehouse at public sale. On November 5th 1948 the firehouse on 41 South Street was sold. On September 9th 1966 members voted on 3 land proposals for a new fire hall, deciding on the land of Harry Flinchbaugh’s. January 5th 1968 the motion was made to proceed with the building of the new fire hall. On November 1st 1968 the new Fire hall was complete. August 1st 1969 there was a motion to start building a BBQ pit, It was done being built on December 12 1969. January 2nd 1979 a motion was made to build a kitchen, meeting room, and restroom. On August 5th 1980 the new addition was complete. 

On October 7th 1924 the first apparatus was ordered. It was a 4 tank chemical truck from LaFrance: Sold to Nashville on February 2nd 1945

On November 26th 1943 a motion was made to purchase a new fire engine. The engine was an Ford American LaFrance: Sold to Fantasy Land on October 4th 1963.

An 1955 Doge Panel Van was purchased on August 5th 1955: June 7th 1963 raffle tickets were sold to get ride of the Dodge Panel truck. 

On April 5th 1963 it was voted on to purchase a 1962 ford American LaFrance. On October 5th 1982 decided to have engine refurbished: Sold on April 5th 1988.

On February 1st 1972 a 1955 Ford tank truck from Gerald Loons was purchased: Tank Truck was wrecked sold on February 4th 1974 

On February 18th 1974 there was a special meeting vote to purchase 1974 ford John bean fire truck: Sold on July 8th 1989.

March 3 1987 motion was made to buy a 1976 CF mack. 

On August 4th 1992 motion was made to buy a 1979 chevy service truck 

Purchased Engine 63-1 in 1996 

Chevy diesel pickup was purchases in 2001

Reacquired 1944 Ford American LAFrance from restorer in 2003
